Nicholas Week 6 and 7

Nicholas at 6 weeks, below, 7 weeks above. He was 13 lbs. 5 oz at his check up (7 weeks) and 23.25 inches long.
He has a great temperment and is very smiley. Of course, I can not get him to do it on the video.

Fire Station

Our friends, Nikki and Jay, invited us to the fire station. Jay is a fireman. Evan had a wonderful time.

Check out the braces! I'm holding Brody, our friend's baby and Nicholas. They were born within a half-hour of each other. Brody was 6 weeks early and Nicholas was 9 days late.

So, after literally months of protesting... I finally agreed with my husband that Gavin's hair was starting to look a little slovenly. But it was OH SO hard to let go of these beautiful baby curls.

Science Museum

Dear Evan,

  I went and saw some things about dinosaurs this weekend too! I really liked it, but I think I am starting to be more interested in snakes. My mommy is really thrilled about that!

We finished off the day by taking the kids to their first ever Chuck E. Cheese (or is it Chucky Cheese?) for some pizza and games. I couldn't get too many pictures because once they hit their stride, it was hard to keep up with them. Gavin kept stealing stranger's skeeball balls!

28 weeks!
