That time of the week again...

This weekend we decided to make it a day hike and do a 9 miler. It was a nice day! Here's Chloe taking a cat nap on the way there. Daddy and Chloe taking a snack break.

Since it was a day hike, we were out for Chloe's naptime. Here she is, napping happily on daddy's back.

The last half mile took a LONG time because Chloe walked most of it. She sure does love hiking.

All in all, it was a great day! Chloe even got to pet a couple horses for the first time, the only other "hikers" we saw!

I know I just did this but....

man, I just keep growing!! Here I am at 18 weeks (tomorrow) and I am starting to get nervous. Luckily, I'm not really gaining much weight. This had better slow down! Good news is, this little one is really boogying. I can actually see it move from the outside now.

The weather has been so beautiful that we have been hanging out outside everyday after school. Here is Chloe doing her favorite thing, putting rocks in a bucket. Playing ball... she loves this too.

Another weekend, another hike!

This hike was a little rough when we went up 1,000 feet in 0.1 of a mile. But the next two miles wound leisurely along the ridge with spectacular views! We ended with an almost 360 degree view. I didn't even try to photograph that, there was just no way. Here we are at the summit. Daddy and Chloe taking a play break.

We had a beautiful day today, 70 degrees... blue skies... so we had to get out. Only thing is, the higher up on the mountain we got, the colder that wind was. But what a view from the top

Week 22

They tried to do a 3D scan but the baby wouldn't sit still - definately takes after it's Dad.
All went well yesterday. They saw some calcium in the heart but said not to worry about it, so we aren't.
